Today we maintain over 800 units of accommodation across South Yorkshire and beyond – including student property.

We’ve been able to secure these maintenance contracts because we’re sensitive to the needs of educational establishments. Many of them are steeped in history, all projects are on tight budgets, and most of them are tied to urgent deadlines working around term timetables. We know they want a prompt, reliable and affordable service – and that’s what they get.

The work we offer is extensive, ranging from repairing damaged property, to large scale expansions.
